Preside Group provides engineering design, manufacturing consultancy, and PLM software solutions. All services are provided subject to specific engagement agreements which supersede these general terms where applicable.
As an authorized Siemens PLM partner, software distribution is governed by Siemens' End User License Agreements (EULA). Preside Group facilitates these licenses but is not the primary licensor.
All content on this website, including logos, text, and visual visualizations, is the property of Preside Group or its partners (including Siemens). Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Preside Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We provide our technical consultancy based on industry standards, but final implementation responsibility remains with the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
